Refund Policy

I aim to be fair and transparent with all bookings. Please see the guidelines below for cancellations and refunds.

– Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice:
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice. In this case, no fee will be charged.

– Cancellations within 48 hours:
If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee will still be charged. This is because the time has been reserved specifically for your child and cannot usually be filled at short notice.

– Missed appointments / no-shows:
Missed sessions without notice are charged at the full rate.

​

– Running late:
If you arrive late to a session, the session will still need to finish at the scheduled time. The full fee applies.

– Therapist cancellations:
If I ever need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

– Refunds for block bookings:
If you have paid in advance for a block of sessions and no longer wish to continue, any remaining sessions can be refunded in full as long as you provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the next scheduled session.

– Assessment refunds:
Once an assessment has taken place (in person or online), no refunds can be offered for the assessment fee, as the time and clinical work will already have been completed.
